It must be almost a year since this last happened, but yesterday, Sunday, it happened again. Bews, Doran, Doyle, Gilmour, Hibbitt in a room, making a noise. All is well with the world.

09/10/2008 : Band eat food, make plan, set world to wrong

First up, before we get started here.. If it was you (and I am sure it wasn't) BUT if it was you who robbed Jane of her wallet in central London last night and you are reading this - I wish you ill.
You don't want me wishing you ill.

Curry. Yes. Yes. Yes. Good, isn't it? Don't argue. Lots of curry last night. Yep. Guests at the top table of Rasa, W1 were Hundred Reasons. Multiple lager based beverages, multiple bottle of wine. Then The Andy turned up. Bonus!

The plan is in place, the talk that needed talking was spoken about with voices.
So?
So sit back, find yourself a comfy one because it's going to be a while, but the plan is in place and record five action is coming. It will be written at a pace that pleases us which may not be the same pace as you'd like, but hey, we're friends and we've work to do so stay comfy there, hang in.

In the meantime, Tony did us proud and sorted the return of "QUICK THE WORD, SHARP THE ACTION" so, in turn, the album will be making its way back to the shops in the not too distant future. There will be a slightly different, cuddly sleeve, a download only single, a video and.. and what? Rock concerts to rip your face straight off? Of course there will be. Most likely a week of them. Most likely.

Then Andy Bews got up and went to Japan. Funny old game.

31/08/2008 : The Return

Afternoon, you well? Good summer?

Although things appear to have been somewhat quiet in the world of HR, we have been beavering away behind the scenes.

'Quick... Sharp...' now belongs to us and we're looking to license it so that it might be in shops for more than a fortnight this time round! A Japanese release is in the works and will hopefully precede a tour of said country. Which would obviously be amazing.

News on a UK / Euro / etc release and accompanying dates when we have it.

Meanwhile, work is underway towards the album to follow 'Q... S...' which we shall hereafter refer to as 'the new album'. For that is what it will be. New.

Watch this space, as people tend to say at these moments. For there will be more news soon.
